Abstract:
To facilitate installation to an existing servo cylinder in spite of small size.
Rotational drive force from a control motor 71 and rotation force of a detection roller 87 as feedback force rotating by movement of a piston rod 36 are transmitted to a conversion movement means 85 to move a spool 46 of a servo control valve 61, and a main circuit is changed over. Thereby, the spool 46 itself axially only moves by a little amount to miniaturize the whole controller. Because the detection roller 87, the conversion movement means 85 and a transmission rod 92 are installed outside the servo cylinder 31, it is unnecessary to increase an external diameter of the piston rod 36 of the servo cylinder 31.
