To provide a controller for a submerged pump, capable of adjusting the average flow rate of water to be fed under pressure by the submerged pump simply.
This controller for the submerged pump includes a water storage tank for storing the water flowing into it through a flow-in pipe, the submerged pump for feeding the water stored in the water storage tank into a flow-out pipe under pressure, and a control unit provided in the submerged pump device having a water level sensor for measuring a level of the water stored in the water storage tank, starting the submerged pump when the level of the water measured with the water level sensor reaches the predetermined level of water for starting the pump, and the stopping operation of the submerged pump when the level of the water reaches the level of water for stopping pump being lower than the level of water for starting the pump. The control unit operates the submerged pump intermittently until the level of water reaches the level of water for stopping pump after starting the submerged pump to adjust average flow rate of water to be fed under pressure per unit time.
