Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control the synchronous motor stably by suspending the control of a power factor when load reaches set value or lower and setting field currents to a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:When the detecting value of an active power detecting circuit 10 is the set value or lower, a relay 15 is not actuated and a contact 16 is closed to the b side. In this case, deviation between power factor actual value detected by means of a power factor detecting circuit 8 and the power factor set value of a power factor setting circuit 6 is added to a phase control circuit 5. The base control circuit 5 determines ignition phase in response to the deviation of the power factors, and gives a thyristor transducer 3 ignition pulses from an ignition circuit 4. When the detecting value of the active power detecting circuit 10 reaches the set value or lower, the relay 15 is activated, and the contact 16 is closed to the a side. Accordingly, set value from a current setting circuit 17 is added to the phase control circuit 5, and the phase control circuit 5 controls the thyristor transducer 3 in ignition phase in which field currents reach a prescribed value.
