Abstract:
To provide a controller system capable of appropriately controlling a position and operating speed of a controlled object with respect to a work surface.SOLUTION: A controller system includes an acquisition unit that acquires a plurality of coordinates of a work surface, and a movement trajectory command unit that calculates a target command value at each control cycle for a controlled object rotating at a specified angle with respect to the direction perpendicular to the work surface, maintaining a position at a specified distance, and moving at a specified speed relative to the work surface based on the plurality of coordinates of the work surface acquired by the acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
