To make a personal computer software capable of being operated realistically with real feeling by constituting a controller of a television game machine to execute a pachinko game so as to hit out balls by rotation of a rotatable handle member.
A handle member 40 is mounted on a pachinko handle type controller. This television game machine is constituted so that a power switch is turned on by rotating a rotation member 38 of the handle member 40 so as to hit out pachinko balls at constant intervals by work of a discharge switch 48. By embedding a system controller 57, a usual system controller can be unnecessary. By work of a spring 46, the rotation member 38 automatically returns to the original condition when a hand is detached from the handle, and a hit-out switch 48 can be temporarily cut by pressing a switch lever 43. At that time, ball hit-out is stopped regardless of the rotation member 38 position.
