Abstract:

When the fault occurs in the data analysis means 10, for example, the data distributin means 50 is detached from the data analysis means 10, the data distribution means 50 is connected to the data analysis means 20 in the other group and analysis data S1 for the data distribution means 50 is inputted to the data distribution means 50 from the data analysis means 20.
