Abstract:
PURPOSE:To compensate the pressure fluctuation of working steam and improve a control characteristic, by replacing a mechanical controller with an electronic one. CONSTITUTION:A feed water signal from a feed water controller 11 is changed into a turbine speed signal by a signal converter 12. A deviation calculator 13 compares the speed signal with a real speed value from a real value selector 10 to determine a speed deviation. The speed deviation signal is processed by a PI calculator 14 to determine a turbine driving steam flow rate Q. The flow rate is changed into a hydraulic servo position X by a pressure compensator 15. The hydraulic servo position signal is amplified by an amplifier 16 and then changed into an oil pressure value by an electricity-pressure converter 17 to drive a hydraulic servo means 18. A high pressure regulating valve 3 and a low pressure regulating valve 4 are opened or closed by a link mechanism 19 depending on the position of the servo means 18. The high steam pressure at the inlet port of the high pressure regulating valve 3 is detected by a detector 20. The low steam pressure at the inlet port of the low pressure regulating valve 4 is detected by another detector 21. The detected signals are applied as compensating signals to the pressure compensator 15.
