Abstract:

To provide a controller capable of coping with the case where gear selection is out of schedule in a twin clutch type transmission.

Step 305 issues a command for a sleeve that needs to move for shifting to move accordingly, upon which command the sleeve starts to move practically, and after the lapse of a predetermined period from the command issue, Step 308 determines whether the sleeve has completed its movement or not. If the movement has not been completed, Step 311 issues a command for the sleeve to return to the original position, upon which command the sleeve starts to move back practically, and after the lapse of a predetermined period from the returning-command issue, Step 313 returns to Step 305 for another trial of such movement.
