Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller which causes only small vibration, can achieve downsizing, and can efficiently remove heat of a control circuit incorporated into the controller at low costs, and to provide a vacuum pump device.SOLUTION: A controller 12 includes: a control circuit for controlling operation of a pump body 11 of a vacuum pump device 10; a controller housing 15 which houses the control circuit; and heat sinks 16, each of which is integrally formed with the controller housing 15 and has multiple fins 17 which are radially formed outward from an outer peripheral surface of the controller housing 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
