Abstract:
To provide a controller of a vehicle capable of storing data without increasing cost due to the complicated hardware configuration of a storage circuit.
This controller comprises a RAM 101 requiring a power supply for storing and holding data, an EEPROM 102 not requiring a power supply for storing and holding data, and a CPU 102 monitoring or controlling an engine 1 or an automatic transmission 3 based on the data stored in the RAM 101. The CPU 102 comprises a data storage means for storing the data stored in the RAM 101 in the EEPROM 102 based on a selective determination to a P range position by a signal input from an inhibitor switch according to whether a driver selects the P range position or not.
