Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect timing when a valve element of an oil jet is transferred from a valve closing state to a valve opening state or the valve opening state to the valve closing state.SOLUTION: A control device is for a vehicle having an internal combustion engine including: a valve element; an elastic body for energizing the valve element in a valve closing direction, resisting to hydraulic pressure of lubrication oil; an injection nozzle for causing the valve element to change the posture from a valve closing state to a valve opening state due to rise in the hydraulic pressure, resisting to energizing by the elastic body, and injecting the lubrication oil that has passed through the valve element to cool a cylinder; and a hydraulic sensor for detecting the hydraulic pressure of the lubrication oil supplied to the valve element. The control device for the vehicle is configured to determine whether the valve element is in the valve opening state or the valve closing state on the basis of behavior of the hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic sensor provided in a flow passage of the lubrication oil located upstream of the valve element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
