Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device that prevents a belt from deteriorating to extend a life of the belt.SOLUTION: A hybrid ECU includes: a step S11 of determining whether an engine is stopped; a step S12 of determining whether a cumulated temporal value ΣT indicating a time period in which a crankshaft is stopped, exceeds a predetermined time A (if YES in the step S11); and a step S15 of rotating the crankshaft (step S13) when determining that the cumulated temporal value ΣT exceeds the predetermined time A (if YES in step S12), and incrementing the cumulated temporal value ΣT by "1" (step S15) when determining that the cumulated temporal value ΣT does not exceed the predetermined time A (if NO in the step S12).
