Abstract:

To enable regenerative control at any gear ratio during gear shifting in a transmission unit when regenerative torque is applied in a coast running mode, and to reduce a shift shock while suppressing the durability of a braking device that applies brake torque to wheels from being deteriorated.

Braking force cooperative coast-down control is performed during a coast downshifting when a lowest gear ratio in a determined running speed range is established. While regenerative control is performed by a second electric motor M2 at any gear ratio AT of an automatic transmission unit 20, a shift shock during the coast downshifting is suppressed when establishing the lowest gear ratio which is supposed to cause the biggest shift shock during the coast downshifting in the running speed range. When the lowest gear ratio in the running speed range is not established, in the coast downshifting, the braking force cooperative coast-down control is not performed, and it is possible to inactivate a wheel brake device 40.
