PURPOSE: To transfer information without causing displaying elements to flicker, by dividing the displaying period for the displaying elements, during which information is transferred.
CONSTITUTION: First and second microcomputers 1, 2 consist of processing units CPU 1a, 2a, read-only memory ROM 1b, 2b for storing programs, random access memory units RAM 1c, 2c, input/output registers I/O 1d, 2d, and timers 1e, 2e for counting the system clocks and for causing interruption at a certain interval by their overflow, and judge ON or OFF of switches 4aW4c to display it on the displaying elements 6aW6c. The second microprocessor 2 controls an actuator 13 for air-conditioning based on the signal from an input sensor 11 and the set values of switches 4aW4c, and when an estabilishing signal of a new data is inputted in the second microprocessor 2 from a port 15 and an information transfer demanding signal from a port 16 is sent, the displaying period of at least one of the displaying elements 6 is divided, and during the dividing, information is transferred to the second microcomputer 2.
