PURPOSE: To easily perform the control in response to the preference of each user by providing an arithmetic means which can generate an optimum control parameter to learn and improve the user's evaluation.
CONSTITUTION: A controlled device MC is controlled by a controller RC which has a learning function and consists of a parameter memory PM and an arithmetic unit PE. Then the device MC is operated by a test control parameter Cm which is stored in the memory PM. A user inputs his evaluation GR to the unit PE against the operation of the device MC. The unit PE estimates a function form of the evaluation GR to a control parameter based on plural parameters Cm and the evaluation GR. Then the unit PE estimates an optimum control parameter Cm* based on the function form of the GR on the control parameter that is calculated in a learning mode. The device MC is controlled by the parameter Cm*.
