PURPOSE: To reduce the load of the software of MPU on a software side by automatically switching a memory table by attaining simultaneous access from MPUs on the sides of software and hardware through the use of the memory table of two faces.

CONSTITUTION: This controller is provided with a memory 1 provided with first/second memory tables 10 and 11, an address monitoring part 2 sending an address monitoring signal by monitoring a final address value showing the writing completion of setting information from first MPU 4 and a table switching control part 3 generating a switching signal for switching the first/ second memory tables 10 and 11 by the address monitoring signal. Thus, the writing of setting information from first MPU 4 and the reading of setting information from second MPU 5 are attained so as to control second MPU 5 based on setting information from first MPU 4.
