Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that parameters need to be set again each time a controlled system is changed and also need to be set again to proper values even when environmental conditions of the controlled system change.
SOLUTION: A controller is equipped with a manipulated variable arithmetic means which computes a 1st manipulated variable and a 2nd manipulated variable according to a measured value and a set value of a 1st area of the controlled system and outputs them to the 1st area, a deviation control means which computes a 3rd manipulated variable according to a measured value and a set value of another area of the controlled system or the measured value of the 1st area, and an adder which computes a manipulated variable according to the 2nd manipulated variable computed by the manipulated variable arithmetic means and the 3rd manipulated variable computed by the deviation control means and outputs it to the other area.
