PURPOSE: To obtain a controller capable of precisely correcting a controlled variable (CV) by the use of calculation reduced at its repeating frequency even when a parameter exerting influence upon the CV is suddently changed.
CONSTITUTION: A virtual manipulated variable(MV) calculating means 4 calculates a virtual MV 8 based upon a measured CV 6 and a desired CV 7. A MV correcting means 5 is provided with a predicting means 10 for predicting a CV 9 required after the lapse of prescribed time based upon the measured CV 6, the virtual MV 8 and a past MV and a correcting means 11 for correcting the MV 8 based upon the predicited CV 9 and the desired CV 7. A MV obtained by executing the prediction and correction at least once is inputted as an MV 3 for a controlled target 1.
