Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform high-precision control by monitoring the difference between an expected value set in a controller and an actual measured value all the time and deciding on a fault when the difference exceeds a threshold value for a specific time or longer. CONSTITUTION:An absolute value circuit 3 finds the difference between a DC current measured value 1 and a DC current set value 2. A level deciding circuit 4 generates an output with a logical level 1 when the output of the absolute value circuit 3 exceeds the threshold value. A timer circuit 5 outputs the logical value 1 when the output of the level deciding circuit 4 is generated continuously for the specific time or longer to decide on faulty control. Consequently, control contents are monitored with invariably high precision by only an input signal to the controller to constitute a high-precision device. As the measured value, an AC current corresponding to a DC current is also usable.
