This invention relates to controlling efficacy of the PDE11A to male capacitation, male contraception, and female sexual function disorder (FSD), especially female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD), female orgasmic disorder (FOD), hypoactivity of sexual drive disturbance (HSDD) or disorders due to vaginal spasm.
