Title:
CONTROLLING APPARATUS FOR SEALING APPARATUS AND DIVIDEDLY PACKAGING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005206204
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a controlling apparatus for a sealing apparatus capable of immediately detect pinching of a hand and a foreign article and biting of a dividedly packaging sheet when they occurs and avoiding a large accident and a failure, and a dividedly packaging machine equipped with this.

The controlling apparatus for the sealing apparatus is constituted so that when an electric current is detected by an electric current detector 4, the first comparator 5 switches a state to an H state, and when it is not detected, the first comparator 5 switches the state to an L state, and when the electric current detected by the electric current detector 4 is a more excessive electric current value than a specified value, the second comparator 6 switches the state to the H state, and when it is an electric current value which does not exceed the specified value, the state is switched to the L state. A condition judging instrument 7 stores combinations of respective states of the first comparator 5 and the second comparator 6 on every specified time as a preceding state. When the first comparator 5 is in the H state and the second comparator 6 is in the L state in the preceding state, and furthermore when both the first comparator 5 and the second comparator 6 are in excess loading states being the H states in the next state, a roller 2 is reversely rotated by a roller reversely rotating circuit 8.
