PURPOSE: To improve control flexibility by a constitution wherein the state of an air conditioner at intervals of time is monitored and a heat source is controlled in order to keep the water temperature at the outlet of the heat source so as to keep the temperature of the air conditioner below the set cooling temperature and above the set heating temperature.
CONSTITUTION: Based upon the room temperature Ta of respective rooms and the water temperature Tw at the outlet of a heat source, monitors 1W3 compute at intervals of time the calculated value of room temperature, the value of fluctuation in room temperatures, the calculated value of means penetrating heat and the required output water temperature in order to output the required water temperature to a water temperature setter 4, which outputs the set values of cooling and heating to a capacity indicator 5. The capacitity indicator 5 outpus a signal to a capacity control mechanism 7 based upon said set values and a measured water temperature 6 in order to control the capacity of the titled device. Thus, the control flexibility of the device can be improved and the device can be made more practicable.
