PURPOSE: To obtain hot water of constant temperature by a method wherein a radiator valve is fitted in a high-temperature hot water supply path, the sensor unit of the above-described valve is placed in the midway of the going pipe of a hot water circulation circuit, and thereby the amount of flow of high temperature hot water is controlled.
CONSTITUTION: When a pump 6 is driven, water in circuit 10 circulates through floor heating panel 9. If the temperature of the hot water in the circuit 10 is below the preset value, since a radiator valve 3 is open, high temperature hot water flows into the circuit 10 from the boiler (not shown). Then, since the temperature of hot water in the going pipe of the circuit 10 rises, this is detected by a sensor unit 4 and the valve 3 operates so as to reduce its opening. As a result, the temperature of hot water flowing in the sensor 4 drops, and the valve 3 operates so as to increase its opening again. This is repeated, and the high temperature hot water corresponding to the amount of heat lost in floor heating is supplied, and thereby the temperature of hot water is maintained constant.
