Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve both ride feeling and control stability by configurating a device in such a way that each of both shock absorbers provided in parallel with chassis springs and another shock absorbers provided in parallel with suspension springs is controlled independently. CONSTITUTION:An axle shaft 1 and axle shafts 5 and 6 are suspended from a frame 13 by way of chassis springs 2 and 7, and shock absorbers 3 and 8 are installed in parallel with the chassis springs 2 and 7. On the other hand, another shock absorbers 19 and 24 are installed in parallel on coil springs 18 and 23 at the side of a cab 15. Actuators 4, 9, 20, and 25 for these shock absorbers 3, 8, 19, and 24 are controlled by a controller. As this configuration enables the damping force of each of both the shock absorbers 3 and 8 on the chassis side and the other shock absorbers 19 and 24 on the cab side to be controlled independently, both ride feeling and control stability can be improved simultaneously.
