When a throttle request is higher than a reference value (THL>REF), the skip upshift is evaluated for determining whether the skip upshift can be completed or not by engine speed (ESMIN= ESDEFAULT + offset value) which is higher than other requests so as to promote the selection of an execution priority gear ratio.
