Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the time required to perform playback process without changing the teaching process.
CONSTITUTION: In the teaching process (Step S1), the positions of the raking part to be moved along the desired path by manual operation are detected at certain intervals, and a string of coordinates formed by laying in alignment the coordinates representing these positions in the sequence they are detected, is stored. This is followed by a correction process (Step S2) in which the coordinates are corrected so that the teaching path represented by the string of coordinates becomes smooth. Then a playback process (Step S3) is conducted, in which the raking part is moved automatically along the teaching path, and the load in a ship hold is raked by a plurality of baskets and landed.
