Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set a system to a state of being approximated to direct four-wheel drive at the time of receiving a side wind and thereby improve running stability, by controlling the engaging force of a friction engaging device which controls a torque distribution factor according to at least cross-wind intensity. CONSTITUTION:A controller 45 outputs a control signal for select control over speeds of a transmission 7 in conformity with the preset shift pattern according to a manual range, car speed V and throttle opening theta, to a hydraulic controller 9. And it is constituted so as to output a pulse signal of the specified duty ratio for controlling transfer torque capacity of a differential control clutch 21 according to data to be secured from a cross-wind sensor 49 and the car speed V, to a servo hydraulic control valve 41.
