Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the control method of furnace pressure of a heating furnace, which is capable of controlling the internal pressure of the furnace effectively even upon the low combustion load of the heating furnace such as an industrical furnace or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A main damper 5a and an auxiliary damper 5b are arranged in a flue 4 in series and the auxiliary damper is operated within a range having the difference of opening degree of 15-20% in the opening direction of the main damper. A furnace pressure is controlled by a method wherein the dampers 5a, 5b are operated so that the opening of the auxiliary damper is started when the difference of opening degree between both dampers has become 15% or less and the opening of the same is stopped when the same difference has arrived at 20% while the closing of the auxiliary damper is started when the same difference has arrived at 20% or more and the closing is stopped when the same difference has arrived at 15%. Accordingly, control load applied on the main damper is reduced in a low combustion load area especially whereby the improvement of the accuracy of furnace pressure control is contrived while the amount of invading excessive air is reduced whereby the reduction of fuel consumption is contrived.
