Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent an inverter from damaging by varying the output frequency of accelerating or decelerating speed with respect to a time according to a curve which is proportional to the square root of the time. CONSTITUTION:An operation command, a set frequency signal and accelerating/ decelerating time signals are input to a converter 6, digitized by an analog/ digital converter 5, read out by a microcomputer 4, its accelerating time (t) is divided into (n) pieces of sampling times, and the sampling times are output as constant period pulses from a timer in the microcomputer 4. The frequency of the time is obtained from a time/frequency table provided in the microcomputer 4 whenever the timer pulse is output, a voltage is obtained from a frequency/voltage table, and a PWM pulse necessary to output the prescribed frequency and the voltage AC is output.
