Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize stable water level control by controlling water channel system by obtaining a control pulse corresponding to a target value set at a water level regulating device according to the water level of one of the regulating poundages of the water channel system and the flow rate of another power station. CONSTITUTION:It is decided whether the quantity of water is in a overflowing direction or a lacking direction by calculation from the flow rate of an upstream side power station 1 and the water levels of the regulating poundages 5,6 at one place, and when it is decided to be in the dangerous water level direction of either of them, a pulse condition is changed. Then, the water channel system is controlled stably to prevent the overflow of water from a surge tank 4 or the regulating poundages 5,6 or to prevent the suction of air from penstocks 7 to 10 by taking a measure such as to adjust the gain of control system or the like. Thus, the water level of the whole water channel system can be easily and surely controlled stably.
