PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide controlling system used for reducing development speed of a blind structure of a curtain.SOLUTION: A curtain comprises a blind structure and a load members. The load member provides the blind structure with action force when it is connected below the blind structure. A controlling system comprises a driving mechanism, an elevating mechanism, a lock release mechanism and a damper mechanism. The driving mechanism comprises a spring and a driving member. The spring has both ends, in which one end of both ends is connected to the driving member. The elevating mechanism comprises a rotational axis. The rotational axis is arranged in an inter-connected manner with the driving member and the blind structure. The rotational axis rotates in first direction along with development of the blind structure. The lock release mechanism comprises a rotation member, a locking member and a control member. The rotation member is arranged in an inter-connected manner with the rotational axis. The locking member may locks the rotation member. The control member makes the locking member cancel the lock onto the rotation member in an inter-connected manner. The damper member is moved in a single direction on the rotational axis in an inter-connected manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
