Abstract:
PURPOSE:To independently set a controlling voltage such as a bias voltage regulating temperature point by synthesizing voltage from a plurality of voltage varying circuits through a heat sensitive resistor as a controlling voltage. CONSTITUTION:Since a voltage regulated by a regulating resistor RV1 is added with a gain larger than a voltage regulated by regulating resistors RV2, RV3 by so selecting the resistance values of a thermistor S1 and a posistor P1 as to be higher than a resistance R1 at a reference temperature, the controlling voltage at the reference temperature can be set by regulating the regulating resistor RV1. The resistance value of the posistor P1 becomes low at a temperature lower than the reference temperature, the gain for the voltage regulated by the resistor RV3 increases, the resistance value of the thermistor S1 becomes lower at a temperature lower than the reference temperature, the gain for the voltage regulated by the resistor RV2 will increase, and the controlling voltages for the low and the high temperature can be set by regulating the resistors RV3 and RV2.
