PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the power supplied to an electronic apparatus appropriately according to the power supply capability of an electric power supply.SOLUTION: A controller includes power control means capable of receiving power from a first electric power supply, and a second electric power supply capable supplying larger power than the first electric power supply, and supplying the received power to each part of an electronic apparatus, determination means for determining the type of an electric power supply that is supplying power received by the power control means, and restart means for not starting some parts, when the determination means determined that the power control means is receiving power from the first electric power supply, and not receiving power from the second electric power supply, stops power supply to each part by the power control means, upon elapsing a predetermined time, and executes restart processing for each part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
