Abstract:
To provide a controller, control system, method, and program capable of reducing a damage derived from operation of an object-of-control apparatus.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a controller commands at least part of operations of an object-of-control apparatus through wireless communication. The controller includes a processing unit. The processing unit acquires communication quality information of the wireless communication between the controller and object-of-control apparatus, acquires first information representing a degree of a risk derived from operation, and produces a control signal, which represents operation, on the basis of the communication quality information and first information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
