Abstract:
To provide a control apparatus, a system, a vehicle, and a service provision method, capable of providing articles that are appropriate for an environment in which a user is located.SOLUTION: In a system 10, a terminal apparatus 40 operated by a user 12 observes an environment 13 at a location. A control unit of a control apparatus 20 acquires first environment data obtained by observing the environment 13, controls dispatch of a vehicle 30 loaded with an article 11 for the user 12 who is located at the location, based on the acquired first environment data, and provides the article 11 that is appropriate for the environment 13 in which the user 12 is located.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
