Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mis-convergence with respect to a change in brightness of the screen by enhancing high speed tracking performance of convergence with respect to fluctuation in a high voltage.
SOLUTION: A voltage VABL generated in a resistor RABL in a block A relates to a high voltage because the voltage VABL changes with a current flowing to a flyback transformer FBT. Thus, the voltage VABL is applied to detect high voltage fluctuation. Furthermore, the circuit block A is used for another purpose in a conventional device. The high voltage fluctuation detected by the block A is fed to a block B, a detected waveform is operated and a signal in relation to a high voltage fluctuation from the block B is fed back to a convergence correction circuit (block C). Thus, the convergence with respect to the high voltage fluctuation especially is corrected.
