Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute an arbitrary function requested by the operator without interrupting the display of a plant status, by the conversation on a predetermined section on a display screen of the arbitrary function requested and a system diagram. CONSTITUTION:In case a system diagram 23 is displayed on a CRT display 19, when a special input point print key on a conversation type operator console 30 is depressed a signal is given to a special request reception section 16 where a special request is registrated in advance for the purpose of processing. The section 16 displays a menu for input point print to a special display area of the CRT display 19 and waits for the data input from the operator. When the operator keys in, e.g., an input point R001 from a keyboard to the input area, the section 16 prints out the data of the input point R001 on a typewriter 13 via a print/display processing section 17.
