Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make picture edition easy and efficient by enabling editing operation carried out respectively for a partial picture collectively using a preset converting instruction, and by setting the partial picture which becomes an object of editing operation by the converting instruction flexibly using corresponding information with a partial identifier. CONSTITUTION:A picture discriminator ''face A'' is inputted from outside to an inputting device 1. A picture retrieving section 3 retrieves pictures in a picture memory 2 making ''face A'' a key, and outputs a partial identifier and a pair of form data, and identifier ''laugh'' is inputted to the inputting device 1. A conversion instruction retrieving section 8 retrieves a figure (b) in a conversion instruction memory 7 and reads out making ''laugh'' a key and outputs four partial identifiers in the figure (a) to a partial identifier buffer 9, and outputs four editing operation information corresponding to the figure (a) to a editing operation buffer 10. Next, a partial picture retrieving section 12 reads out the first partial identifier ''square eyebrow left'', and basing on this, reads partial identifiers ''left eyebrow'' and ''eyebrow'' in information memory 11 relating to the identifier, and then, retrieves and compares in the partial identifier buffer 9 making three identifiers ''square eyebrow left'', ''left eyebrow'' and ''eyebrow'' a key.
