Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an alternative function among various protocols by converting a series protocol into a parallel protocol and transferring the parallel protocol to a network. CONSTITUTION: A node 1A sends a message to an MMSA 20A by the use of a series data channel 40A. The MMSA 20A converts a series message protocol into a parallel message protocol and sends the parallel message protocol to a switch interface 46A. On the other hand, the MMSA 20A receies destination identifying data and commands a switch network 30 to execution connection to a requested destination node. The network 30 forms the requested connection and the parallel data are allowed to flow from the MMSA 20A to an MMSA 20N through the network 30. The MMSA 20N receives the parallel message protocols through a switch interface 46, converts the received protocols into series message protocols and sends the series message protocols to a node 1N through a series channel 40N.
