Title:
FREQUENCY/VOLTAGE CONVERSION CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3302032
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the generation of an output voltage so that the influence of an offset voltages is always unmagnified even when an input frequency is 0Hz.
CONSTITUTION: This frequency voltage is conversion circuit is provided with inverters 1 connected in plural stages while receiving a reference voltage as a power supply voltage and being activated with an input frequency signal, a current/voltage conversion circuit 4 converting a current resulting from differentiating the output of the inverter of the final stage with a capacitor 2 into a voltage, an analog switch 5 receiving the output of the inverter being the inverse of the output of the final stage inverter as a gate signal to discharge the charge stored by the differentiation operation of the capacitor 2 and an analog switch 3 turning off the connection between the differentiation capacitor 2 and the current voltage conversion circuit 4 while receiving the output of the inverter whose logic value is the same logic value of the output of the final stage inverter as a gate signal when the charge of the differentiation capacitor 2 is discharged through the turning-on of the analog switch 5.
