The film video images projected by a projector 12 are photographed by a video camera 18. By supplying an AC current synchronized with the vertical synchronizing signals of the video camera 18 to the projector 12, the frame feed speed of the projector 12 corresponds to the frame feed speed of the video camera 18. A shutter opening/closing detector 29 detects a shutter opening/closing operation in a shutter mechanism part and generates shutter pulses. An interface part 30 outputs video external synchronizing signals VBS to the video camera 18. Then, the phase of the video external synchronizing signals VBS is adjusted so as to perform video photographing during a shutter opining period based on the shutter pulses.
