To provide a converter in which easy assembling workability can be realized without enlarging a case.
The DC-DC converter 22 comprises a converter case 51 having a DC terminal 83 erected on an adjacent wall part perpendicularly to a work opening part 80, a converter body 26 having a converter output terminal 86 facing the work opening part 80 when it is contained, and a bus bar 87 internally coupling the DC terminal 83 and the converter output terminal 86 wherein the bus bar 87 comprises an arm part 87a having a base part being born rotatably on the DC terminal 83, and a terminal connecting part 87b being connected with the converter output terminal 86 while facing the converter body 26 on the free end side of the arm part 87a. The terminal connecting part 87b can move to a position for circumventing the converter body 26 in the converter case 51 as the arm part 87a rotates thus preventing mutual interference at the time of assembly.
