Title:
DIGITAL/ANALOG CONVERTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005086679
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a digital/analog converter which outputs current without using a special voltage/current conversion circuit, eliminates generation of large glitch when a digital input code changes and does not use a power source on the negative side.

A common potential terminal on the 2R side of an R-2R digital/analog converter is connected to a first constant potential and a normal rotation input terminal of an operational amplifier, a current output terminal of the R-2R digital/analog converter is connected to an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier and a primary side input terminal of a mirror type current amplifier of a current amplification part and an output terminal of the operational amplifier is connected to a primary side grounding terminal of the mirror type current amplifier of the current amplification part. In addition, a first sample-and-hold circuit is inserted between the primary side input terminal and a secondary side input terminal of the mirror type current amplifier of the current amplification part and a second sample-and-hold circuit is inserted between the primary side grounding terminal and a secondary side grounding terminal of the mirror type current amplifier of the current amplification part.
