To improve workability during manufacturing and maintenance, and to enable reducing man-hours.
A converter 12 can step up or step down an input voltage and output it, and is formed by a reactor 41, a power module 42, and a control board 43 controlling the power module 42, which are laminated and arranged from the bottom in this order in a converter case 400. The converter comprises: an input terminal connection part 351 provided on a surface positioned on the side of the power module 42 of the reactor 41, for detecting input voltage; and an output terminal connection part 352 provided on a surface positioned on the side of the reactor 41 of the power module 42, for detecting output voltage. The input terminal connection part 351 and the output terminal connection part 352 are arranged outside of an outer shape of the power module 42 in a top view along the lamination direction of the reactor 41, the power module 42, and the control board 43.
