PURPOSE: To reduce the transfer number of times of ink required in the transfer of ink from offset plate cylinders or collect-printing plate cylinders to a paper surface by providing two sets of impression cylinders, image transfer cylinders, blanket cylinders, changeover cylinders and collect-printing plate cylinders respectively having specific function.

CONSTITUTION: Image transfer cylinders 6, 16 are pressed to impression cylinders 4, 14. Blanket cylinders 7, 17 are moved between the offset printing position pressed to the impression cylinders 4, 14 and a collect-printing position separated therefrom in a regulable manner. A plurality of changeover cylinders 8, 18 come into contact with the blanket cylinders 7, 17 and function as offset plate cylinders or color selector cylinders when the blanket cylinders are present at the offset printing position or the collect printing position and receive ink by ink units 9, 19. Collectprinting plate cylinders 5, 15 are attached to the blanket cylinders 7,17 and moved to a non-operative position separated from the offset printing position when the blanket cylinders 7, 17 are present at the offset printing position and can be regulated so as to return to the position coming into contact with both of the collect printing position and the image transfer cylinders 6, 16 when the blanket cylinders are present at the collect printing position.
