Title:
CURRENT/VOLTAGE CONVERTING DEVICE AND LIGHT RECEIVING AMPLIFYING DEVICE HAVING THE SAME DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3585772
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current/voltage converting device such that the lowering of a gain in a signal with high frequencies can be prevented for coping with the high speed processing of a circuit, and a light receiving amplifying device using this current/voltage converting device.
SOLUTION: A light receiving amplifying device 1 is provided with a current/ voltage converting circuit 2 which converts a current signal generated when a photodiode PD receives a laser beam into a voltage signal, a reference circuit 3 having the similar circuitry as that of the current/voltage converting circuit 2, and a differential amplifier circuit 4 having a positive phase input terminal (a) to which the voltage signal of the current/voltage converting circuit 2 is applied through a resistance R3 and an anti-phase input terminal b to which the voltage signal of the reference circuit 3 is applied through a resistance R4. Then, a resistance R1 is connected between an output terminal c and the anti-phase input terminal b, and a capacitor C1 for phase compensation is connected with the resistance R1 so that a feedback circuit can be formed.
