Abstract:
To provide a method for molding a convex three-dimensional pattern on a surface of a spectacle component, a chopstick rest and a Japanese hairpin or the like.SOLUTION: A resin sheet 9 is stuck to a surface of a temple 2 being a small component for forming a resin layer 12, a part of the resin sheet 9 is removed by cutting or the like for providing groove holes 14a, 14b on which a diagram or a pattern is formed, the depth of the groove holes 14a, 14b is the depth penetrating the resin sheet 9 stuck and reaching a surface of a temple body, and groove holes comprising a same diagram or a pattern are provided on a pressing surface of a mold are provided. The mold is heated and a top surface of the temple is pressed, therefore the resin is softened and flows on the groove holes 14a, 14b of the resin sheet and the resin is protruded to the surface of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
