Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect a state that an overload at a prescribed amount or higher has been applied to a contact member in a conveyance operation.
CONSTITUTION: A timing belt 29 which is stretched between one pair of timing pulleys 27, 28 is moved by the drive of a driving source, also a transfer arm 25 which has been fixed to the belt 29 is moved, and a board 10 is conveyed. At this time, the rocking operation of a rocking arm 51 to which the pulley 28 on one side has been fixed is regulated by the energizing force of a spring 53, and the interval between both pulleys 27, 28 is kept at a prescribed length. In addition, when an overload is applied to the transfer arm 25 in a conveyance operation, the rocking arm 51 is rocked against the energizing force of the spring 53, and its rocking operation is detected by a detection device 56. A control device stops the drive of the driving source on the basis of a detected result by the detection device 56, and it stops the conveyance operation of the board 10.
