The conveyance attitude change mechanism includes: a part to be guided provided on a food/drink conveyance container; and a guide part for correcting a conveyance attitude of the food/drink conveyance container, provided on a food/drink conveyance device. The guide part corrects the conveyance attitudes of the food/drink conveyance containers respectively to turn the container takeout port to a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the shunt conveyance path, when transferring the food/drink conveyance container to the shunt conveyance passage, and to turn the container takeout port to a direction of customer seats disposed along a main conveyance path, when transferring the food/drink conveyance container from the shunt conveyance path to the main conveyance path.
