Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect and treat a failure properly when a mark sensor or a conveying vehicle sensor is failed and limit the damage of a conveying system to the minimum.
CONSTITUTION: A sensor failure is detected by an operational control unit 2 in accordance with the setting positions of mark sensors 5a and 5b and conveying vehicle sensors 6a and 6b and the latch signals of a position counter 3 which are generated in accordance with the inputs of the mark sensors 5a and 5b.
